New years Resoulution

Turned 21 this year and I am in the point in my life where I am ready to make changes and take more chances, so here's a list of accomplishments that I would like to complete during 2016 - Start going back to Church - Introduce new things onto my blog - Reach my target weight with Slimming Word - Buy new clothes and treat myself to new pampering items - Be more active on social media - Try out other restaurants - Continue on working on my weight and fitness - Learn how to read and complete work early to be given on time - Go out more with friends - Go on holiday - Do driving lessons - Start saving up for a car

New Skincare routine

Follow my blog with Bloglovin It's been a while. Sorry I have taken long I'v been busy with Uni work and planning what new posts I will be bringing to you next year. So currently I am using the Avon blackhead clearing cleanser as my daily wash for my face. I just love this product because it works wonders and costs under £3. The only downside with Avon is their price of delivery which costs up to £3.50. But so far I am happy with this product and will continue to use it, of course until/unless I find something better. As my toner I am currently using Garnier refreshing. It's actually alright, I wouldn't say it's the best toner I've comes across but it's not doing my skin any damage. So I am definitely satisfied with it for now. Neutrogena oil-free moisturiser is what I am currently using as my cream and it smells amazing. I definitely have struggled to find a cream that will suit my needs. I don't have irritating skin but finding the right products can be difficult.

My first Fashion post!!!

Thanks guys for being so patient with in the last few weeks. Not long back, I announced that I will adding a lot more stuff to my blog and this includes Fashion.So here's my first fashion post. Being a plus size girl, I wanted to explore fashion and looks and this is what I have come up with. 

Hat: H&M, Jacket: Primark, Bag & shoes, new look, Tan turtle neck sleeveless jumper & tan trousers: Primark. The jumper is so warm and definitely a must have during Autumn and Winter. Primarks quality of clothes are definitely improving. The tanned trousers were on sale for only £5 and I manged to get a black one aswell. I like how affordable their clothes are.Rocking this leather bucket hat, of course because you know leather is my favourite. The new look boots are last year, but you can still purchase amazing boots over new look, as well as shoes. 

Updated skincare routine

I am still at that phase where I am looking for a suitable cleanser, toner and exfoliate to suit my skins needs. I'm being honest I don't have terrible skin but I would like to improve my skin, so it's much more healthier and clearer. So for a month now I have been using Clinque anti- blemish solutions and the results have been okay. I heard great reviews about it, so I wanted to try something new. It has made my skin feel more relaxed but in all honesty my skin doesn't look much different than before. I purchased the sample from Debenhams which was worth £25. For the larger samples I think it's around £60 each. I've decided not to contiune with Clinque products, perhaps in the future I will go back to it. The reason being I believe I can find a cheaper skincare brand that will meet my expectations for my skin goals. I have been looking at Avon products recently and their starting price for their products range from £2 to £5. I will keep you updated on my skincare regime.

New hairstlye!!

I was getting tired of my hair and decided I wanted a change, so I went for a haircut and dyed it Auburn using the dark & lovely dye. I am really impressed and even kept as a souvenir the ponytail the hairdresser cut from the back. I kept it because this is my hair, it's no joke, I plan on cutting the other half in late December to begin a natural hair journey. I wasn't sad about doing this change because I was tired of doing my hair and not seeing any improvement, so I believe I made the right descison. #Whatcolourwouldyoudyeyourhair #commentbelow

Eyre Rocks out with pals in latest music video

We Love her for her big curls and her retro voice and now Ella is back with a new single called 'Good time.' In the video 'Eyre' is seeing travelling around South East London with her pals, photographing while having a good time. The Brit school graduate is set to release her début album in August titled Feline, from her past singles we can definitely see a pattern of strong independence as a theme through the representation of her music. She was recently announced as the face of Armani diamonds and with her natural talent and ambiguous style and let's just say she is rocking that perfume ad. Being only 21 years old, she has toured with Rudimetal and Olly Murs, she definitely has a long successful career ahead of her. Be sure to go and watch her first headline tour in November. We want him for all the right reasons

Ex boyband member of former British group 'The wanted' Nathan has debut his first single 'Kiss me quick' for his upcoming album. The handsome 22 year old showcased his incredible vocal in the soul Motown sound like single. He is an incredible talented individual who knows what kind of music he wants to share and we are no stranger to his amazing achievements, including hitting up a duet with Ariana Grande. Their voices definitely complimented eachother. I recently listened to his studio session with Capital FM, and I wasn't disapointed. He knows how to control his voice and use it well, I definitely see this album doing really well and his voice will definitely travel places, I am hoping to see him in broadway or theatre in the near future. Rita 'Shines the light' from past relationships

 She's no stranger when it comes TV, as she has encountered acting roles, being an ambassador for her own clothing range Adidas Originals as well as her own nail polish range with Rimmel London, Modelling for top clients such as DKNY. But Ora is back with what she is best known for, with her new single 'Poison'. The 24 year old debut her official single for her 2nd album that she has been working on for two years. In the video we encounter Rita's relationship with a photographer and she being the subject of his every move. I believe the video demonstrates a controlling relationship of being used and being sucked in to the wrong direction. So far their has been a great response.  Being the first UK artist to hit five consecutive number ones in a row, we won't be surprised if this takes the number one spot anytime soon. They have cast their spell on us

It's been just over a year since we heard from our favourite British girl band, Little Mix. Working on the third album the girls have been working extremely hard to give their fans a new taste in their  and have got the chance to work with talents such as Jess Glynn, Jessie J, MNEK and Becky Hill. In their music video we witness the girls transform from nerds into hotties with a spell of magic. The response has been amazing and they get endless support from their fans They have definitely come a long way since their X factor days and we are extremely proud of them and can't wait for their first performance Of their first single 'Black Magic' on the Capital STB. Skincare Favourite

Nivea has been half price in selected stores and I decided to give it a try. I often don't always have time to cleanse and tone my face, so I found this Nivea product which is both mixed in one. The texture of this product is so smooth and leaves your skin feeling hydrated and soft. I am really impressed and definitely looking to purchase many more items from Nivea in the future. They definitely don't disappoint. And if you're someone like me who is always in a rush or doesn't have time to accommodate your face with the essentials it needs, then I definitely recommend this as a must have. Welcome Alyxx Dionne

Wondering who this beauty is? Her name Alyxx Dionne and she is a superstar in the making. If you are not familiar with the songstress, she used to be in a band trio called Liv. In the end the girls decided to part their ways. Dionne has impressed Wiggle hitmaker Jason Derulo and has been signed to his record label 'Future History'. Her new single 'Chingalinga' features dancers in a pyramid like setting and also includes Jason Derulo singing on the track. Fifth Harmony reveal their sultry side in their new music video

Our favourite american girl group debut their official premiere video for their single Worth it. The video presents the girls  in smart outfits showing the killer dance moves. I must admit their make up and outfits were on point in this video. They reveal a much sexier side to their image and we'e loving it. The girls just finished their US tour two days ago and currently won best new artist of 2015 on the Nickelodeon awards. Congratulations to them, we are definitely supporting them the whole way and can't wait to see what they have in store next. Fingers crossed they will announce a mini tour in the UK. MO is back to 'Preach' their new single

The UK based trio are back with a new taster of what to expect from their upcoming album which will hopefully be released in the summertime. Annie, Frankee and Nadine front it out in their new music video showing us their 90's fashion style, which covers black suits and denim on denim.So far there has been a great response. Fans are seem to loving their 90's vibe of music and certainly believe their music is fresh to our ears. One thing is for sure they can 'Preach' as loud as they want because we sure can hear them. Fifth Harmony 'Reflects' Uptown Funk

Two days ago, E- X factor US contestants Fifth Harmony announced their first US tour. After supporting the likes of Austin Mahone and Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony are in no doubt ready for their own show. 2015 Fitness plans

2015 is the year where I have to be serious. I am 20 now and I am just getting older while still carrying this weight around. It isn't healthy and doesn't set a good example for my younger siblings. Last year January this was the same resolution I had, it was to get fit and eat healthy. I don't necessarily eat junk food but my metabolism is slow so I have to increase it while eating the right foods to fuel my system. It is important to me because there's a chance I will be going to uni this year and I want to go with the right body and mind.

This is what I have to remember no matter how slow the process is I have to keep my body moving because what it feels like is your are going nowhere and aren't seeing results. But I have to learn to be patient with myself and give myself at least a month before I see body results. 

I am always reminiscing when I will be lighter but don't actually remember that I have to work my ass off to see results and this means constantly researching and buying healthy foods. It's also about timing I think I find myself eating sometimes more  because I have been working for a while and haven't had a break. I am old enough to look after my body and make the right decisions for it so I can stand a healthy body weight. I will keep you updated on my weight loss.

Highlights of 2014

Going to my home country, Uganda was one of my main highlights of 2014. I went for 4 weeks and it was exhausting. I definitely learnt so much and got to meet my father for the very first time. The best part was when I got to meet my cousins from my father's side. I fell in love with them all but one particular girl stole my heart, her name is praise and she is four years old. She just makes me so happy and I am hoping in the future I can raise here here as my own. As there are limited opportunities in Africa, especially if you don't have the money.
